In April we interviewed Solomon, Abu, Rabin, Melina and Valerie: five young and bright individuals working together with IRC in supporting 'sector learning' in the WASH sector in their respective countries (Uganda, Ghana, Nepal, Honduras and Burkina Faso).
It turns out that ‘making sector learning work’ works out quite differently in each and every country. However, the challenges that are being faced look quite similar. We made a series of videos in which Solomon, Abu, Rabin, Melina and Valerie share their experiences in getting sector learning on the agenda; the difficulties they face in their work; the successes; and their ideas on how to make things better!
