The event will bring together participants to discuss strategies to reach high levels of service and full coverage, both in terms of technologies and management models (in short, the shift from community managed hand pumps to professionally managed piped schemes).

Conference goers will also get an opportunity to browse through hardcopies of the recently published WASHCost book Priceless! - Uncovering the real costs of water and sanitation at the IRC booth.
