On Thursday, 3 September, Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) organises a special webinar to launch its new publication, Water & Sanitation: How to Make Public Investment Work - A Handbook for Finance Ministers. This event will also kick-off the preparatory process for the 2020 SWA Finance Ministers' Meetings.
