Animal rights activists around the world bathed naked to promote veganism on World Water Day 2011. Activists from PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) staged events in Amsterdam, London and Los Angeles with slogans "Clean Your Conscience: Go Vegan! 1 lb. of Meat Equals 6 Months of Showers" and "50 baths = 1 steak".
The sight of two PETA models lathering up on the sidewalk in Hollywood was so distracting for one motorist that he hit the car in front of him as can be seen in CBS2 video report below.
