The Triple-S Project is piloting the Service Delivery Approach in three regions of Ghana: namely the Volta, Brong Ahafo and the Northern Regions.

A district has been selected in each of the Regions for the pilot as follows: Volta Region-Akatsi District, Brong Ahafo Region- Sunyani West District and Northern Region- East Gonja District.
An environmental scan was undertaken in each of the pilot regions to gain greater insight into the nature and scope of their water sector.
