Triple-S Ghana analysed a total of 1,256 stories using SenseMaker® software. The Ghana team collected questionnaires from 842 water users and 414 water professionals. Patterns in results show that most negative stories relate to the private sector, post-construction support, financial planning, delegated management and capacity support.
