The following are some pointers to help you, the participant, avoid confusion and long line-ups:
- We expect a busy sign-in process the morning of Tuesday 9 April. If you want to avoid the crowd, we encourage you to sign-in at the symposium registration desk inside the Hilton Addis Ababa Hotel on Monday 8 April 2013 from 14:00 to 19:00.
- In case you have to register on Tuesday morning, please come on time. Registration is open from 07:30 onward. The programme starts at 09:00.
- Make sure to please bring your Eventbrite confirmation print-out when you sign in.
- Always wear your badge (which you will receive upon signing in) for security and administrative reasons. Your symposium badge will allow you access to the sessions, coffee/tea breaks, and more!
