Case study 1: "People's voices, the leader's response", Nebbi District. Technocrats and politicians from Nebbi District provided cooperative inputs in developing and testing the methodology and tools for enhanced accountability.
Case study 2: "Community scorecard exposes water user loans worth UGX 2,000,000", Adjumani District. This case study illustrated how community scorecards and subsequent action planning can help a community improve the management of its water facilites.
