The Water and Health Conference: Where Science Meets Policy is organised annually by The Water Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). It considers drinking water supply, sanitation, hygiene and water resources in both the developing and developed worlds with a strong public health emphasis. In 2018 the main themes are: Measuring Progress Toward SDG Targets; Water Scarcity; Rural Water Supply; WaSH Equity and Inclusion; and WaSH in Emergencies.
