Azza Wagialla, a dedicated Sudanese public health practitioner, recently graduated with an MPH degree from the KIT Royal Tropical Institute. Committed to advocating for equitable and effective partnerships in the development sector, she also focuses on the intersectionality of the health sector with WASH, education, and related areas within the international development landscape. With a background as the National Partnerships and Governance Officer at the Federal Ministry of Health in Sudan and the Monitor and Evaluation Officer at the Khartoum State Ministry of Health, Azza has contributed significantly to effective governance and meticulous evaluation within Sudan’s health sector.
Presently, Azza is undertaking an internship with the IRC WASH Systems Academy, contributing her expertise to the possibilities of integration of AI chatbots in WASH sector training. Her dedication to fostering sustainable development and addressing critical challenges within the international development sphere underscores her unwavering commitment to making a significant and lasting impact.
