Baseline, Monitoring and External Evaluation Reports

The aim of the two Baseline and Monitoring Reports was to collect information relating to attitudes, perceptions, appreciation and practice of good governance and accountability at the start and the changes over the course of the Project. Even in a short time frame the Project seems to have made remarkable achievements. The External Evaluation Report was commissioned by IRC to collect information and feedback from project stakeholders on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the participatory approaches and action research tools and methods used in the project implementation.
