Abstract | This paper discusses the benefits of sharing and learning while implementing water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) projects. This case shows how stakeholders participating in the PILS project in Gulu district between 2009 and 2012 have been working together to put in place a system to improve WASH service delivery through better learning and coordination in the district and subcounties. |
