| Abstract | This issue elaborates the approach of Stakeholders Dialogue and Concerted Action (SDCA) as implemented by EMPOWERS in the pursuit of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). It also includes the experiences drawn through the progress of this Partnership in Egypt, Jordan and Palestine and regionally. The geographical context as well as the institutional one in which EMPOWERS is operating are being emphasized in full pages on the water scene in the Middle East and Africa, and the MEDA Water Programme and projects. |
