Session Tuesday 8 April 2014

This session will share some of the many experiences of monitoring and evaluation of water and sanitation services by the municipalities of Burkina Faso. Whether to follow the local supply of drinking water service (through performance monitoring) or to assess the quality of service delivery (through the measurement of service quality indicators), communal systems of monitoring and evaluation aim at reinforcing communal projects. How can they be linked with the developed and implemented monitoring system by the State to assist in the national planning?
