Abstract

In this episode Arabella Northey zooms in on the state of water, sanitation and hygiene in Nigeria and discusses the successes and challenges around monitoring progress, with Jonathan Ekhator (UNICEF), Kenneth Emeka Ogbonna (Federal Ministry of Water Resources) and Damilola Akamolafe (Federal Ministry of Water Resources).

The Accelerating Sanitation and Water for All podcast series features candid conversations with youth activists, government representatives, UNICEF experts and partners from Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria, Mozambique, and Tanzania. They speak about connections between water, climate, gender equality, nutrition, and financial sustainability, aiming to spark actionable change through dialogue and shared experiences.
