| Abstract | This presentation introduces the Diamond Model, WASTE's approach to enabling self-sustaining urban sanitation systems. The model is built around the sanitation service and value chains, and a multistakeholder approach involving households (demand), government (regulation), (local) financiers and business (supply), supported and facilitated by an NGO.
